Clip your chosen resistance bands (5 kg, 10 kg, or 15 kg) directly to the bar and start training. This setup is perfect for exercises you can do anywhere — no door required.

Option 2 — Door Anchor:
Place the anchor in a closed or hinged doorway (ideally one that locks or closes toward you). Some users also use windows or sliding doors — just make sure the anchor point is secure.
